Welcome to my "About Me" page! I am excited for you to get to know me a little better.

My name is Mikaela Rawson. I am 20 years old and married to the love of my life, Bevan. We live in Utah with our little kitten, Mochi! 

​

We got married on April 22, 2021, and are thoroughly enjoying the married life. We recently bought a house in Utah! It has been such a fun experience, and being homeowners has taught us so much.

​

I come from a rather large family. I am the middle of nine children!! I have four sisters, and four brothers. I also have a niece/nephew on the way! 

​

I was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and lived there until I was about 3. My family then moved to South Jordan, Utah where I lived until I was 16. My dad got a new job so, we headed back to the south and moved to Alpharetta, Georgia where I attended high school for my junior and senior years. Once I graduated high school, I packed up all my belongings and flew out to Utah, by myself, to live with my good friend and work that summer.

 

I attended a semester at Brigham Young University-Idaho during fall of 2019, but decided it wasn't for me, and moved back home with my parents after I finished the semester. They had since then moved from Georgia back to Utah, so I was able to settle in very quickly.

I matched with Bevan on a dating app in February of 2020. We started dating and became "official" on April 22, 2020. We got engaged later that year on December 31, 2020, and got married that following April on our one year anniversary. Cute, right? ;) 

​

I am a lover of all things decor/design related. I spend more money on decorations than anything else, and Bevan can attest to that! I love music, and Lauv is currently my favorite artist! I am obsessed with being in the sun and wearing swimsuits. I love boating and my goal is to get better at surfing this year.

​
